Forest Stillness

Hidden among the quiet woodlands of Aberdour, sunlight filters through towering trees, illuminating a carpet of moss that has grown undisturbed for generations. Scotland's ancient woodlands possess a unique stillness, where every shaft of light transforms the forest floor into a tapestry of greens and gold.

Rather than capturing every leaf and branch, I wanted to convey the atmosphere of walking through these peaceful woods—the cool shade beneath the trees, the texture of weathered roots, and the quiet rhythm of nature that encourages you to slow down and simply observe.
